"Arkham After Midnight: Mark of the Mad Hatter" - Down the rabbithole goes Alice and her darkest, most depressing knight! A new/old retro 1920s silent serial... Based on characters and situations by Bob Kane, Bill Finger, and Jerry Robinson for DC Comics at some point or another.
I'm still having fun with this found footage-soaked, uncommercial concept strictly for educational and sporadically recreational purposes... so time to slice and dice more material in service of a strange story arc of sorts... grown fresh from our beloved Terminal Pictures garden, here then is the first slice: wherein we get big globs of setup concerning Arkham Asylum... madness! surreal delirium! Hallucinations! Screaming lunatics! Obsessive supervillains! That amazing triumph of conceit over technology, the incredible "Bat-Gyro."
CAUTION: Slow down your internal clock and ingest whatever diet supplements and substances required by State and Federal authorities before viewing. "Scare-Crow Drugged Gas" is not suitable for any sort of children, particularly easily impressionable ones.

Chapter Two: "Riddle Me Deadly."
Bats gassed and interacting in smoky haze with his own demons - not to mention his demons incarnate: The Riddler, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Solomon Grundy, Killer Croc, and Maxie Zeus - leading to all-out catastrophe and mayhem at the asylum. As per usual, folks.
Chapter Three: "Curse of The Clay-Face."
The epic and remarkably upsetting conclusion will mostly center around "The Clay-Face," a transformation flashback, and the devious Human Penguin wrapping up the story arc in a fine, furious fashion.
Big thanks to Marv Wolfman for being encouraging about the first short and mentioning that its a shame you couldn't tell a story with this method... which the next morning I took as a challenge and got to work. Take that, Syd Field!
Catch up to all the scratchy handcranked action with the original collage short, "Silent Shadow of the Bat-Man" - young Bruce Wayne suffers in the crucible of his parents' murder and pledges to mop up the streets one weirdo at a time.

Great Guy, Crooked Cop?" - Part 1

Mallet drives down the street and picks Rafe up as he walks. Rafe begins telling him that he's planning on becoming a cop. Mallet's sure that he would be a good cop just like his father was. Rafe is about to leave when Mallet tells him about the corruption investigation and how Gus might have been involved. He assures him that he will protect his father's reputation and the pension he left behind. Rafe becomes upset when Mallet tells him that the DA is already looking into this. "Gus was my partner so that makes you my family," Mallet tells him, promising again to take care of this before he drives away.
Rafe runs into Harley on the street. He asks is he can go to her house and pick up the rest of Gus' stuff. She says sure but he turns down a ride over there and walks away.
Alan goes to see Natalia to talk about the money. He assures her that his dreams are real and asks her if she is going to talk her son out of joining the Marines. Rafe never mentioned anything like that to her. He tells her to talk him out of it. She assumes he just wants him to work for him one day, but it sounds like he's making a mature decision to follow in his father' footsteps and she's proud of him.
Harley goes to see Mr. Grundy. She tells him that his name keeps coming up in an investigation she's been running. She questions him until he gets a call. Staring around the room, she sees that he has received awards from the heart center realizes something before walking away.
Alan and Rafe arrive at Harley's. "How does she live like this?" Alan asks as he looks around. They go down to the basement and start rummaging though Gus' stuff. They find Gus' old gun and a medal he won for valor. Once they fill up a box, Rafe brings it out to the car. Over the radio, he hears that Jeffrey is about to give a press conference about the Springfield PD. He jumps in the car and drives off.
Mallet goes to Jeffrey's office and tells him that he told Rafe what was going on. Jeffrey says that he's been trying to cut this mess off before it can get worse. Mallet is unconvinced by his strategy.
Harley runs to the station and explains what she's discovered to Mallet. The stuff Gus did was never about money and was barely criminal. Mallet tells her that Jeffrey is about to give a press conference so they'll have to stop it. Harley has to run off to graduation.
As Jeffrey prepares his press statement, Rafe walks in and points his gun at him, vowing that he won't let him do this to his father.

I think it is fitting that in the comments section, the deeply offensive, irrational, slanderous, racist, personal and agressive arguments are coming from the pro-CCP side. I'm happy to delete the most offensive of personal comments against myself and my friends.
We are a small HK activist group who believe in self-determination for Tibet and human rights, democracy and freedom for all Chinese people. The video clearly shows that police failed to 'facilitate' and 'enable' protest, as they're legally obliged to do in HK. The forced removal and detention of Christina and I is symbolic of the gradual erosion of civil liberties and freedoms in HK by Beijing.
We were not arrested and were peaceful throughout.
No matter what your opinion on human rights, every Hong Konger should be worried about this opression of free speech - and this message was the aim of the video.
For those who have enquired, we have also campaigned on a variety of other issues - questioning the British and US governments' foreign policies, worker's rights, women's rights, the environment etc..etc..
I hope respectful and rational debate will reign over personal, offensive attacks.
